I'm looking for a 1 0r 2 bedroom apartment near the Riverside/National Museum/Street 19 area for AUGUST.
I am currently living in an AMAZING apartment with crazy cool bath, flatscreen, furnished, Western kitchen, but my housemate is heading back to the States come August, and I can't afford it alone. 
I would like:
An oven
Screened windows
Sunlight
Second level
But all are negotiable if the place has character and the right price. The location is NOT negotiable, as I love the community in this part of the city...

would you be interested to move before august?
My apartment is at the corne of street 108 and 13. I'm currently looking for a roommate. May be I will have one but she will stay may and june... So if you want to move in before august contact me.
The rent is 250$/month, secured building and very clean apartment (no really need fan but there is) with laundry machine and internet.
