seriously though ... for the size you're looking at, it'd have to be a villa ... have never seen any 6 brm apartment here, or anywhere else ... but even if you find a 6 brm villa, for that price, you won't be getting much else ...

until rental prices in PP drop, significantly, your client would do well to re-evlute his budget (or accom. requirements) ....

PS.

The toyshop on sotheraros ... think they've got 6-bedroom dollhouses for about 100 usd ...
