Hi. where in Phnom Penh? BKK1, Toul Kork?? How much is your budget? With a pool and gym, and 3/4 bedroom you'd have to be looking at $2000 - $4000 per month. Is this what you are thinking of? I went today to visit a duplex 3 BDRs at De Castle Toul Kork, pool + gym. About 1500$/M. I think it is negotiable for 1Y contract. I did not like as it was at 7th floor and I have 2 young kids. Was a bit scary.
But space is nice, large enough, with lot of sunlight, modern and equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

Thanks Valerie, but I do not want to live out in Toul Kork, travel horrible for work! a friend of mine is out there and not too happy!

I agree that with children-- then Apts. with baclonies can be scary.

If I hear of anything I will let you know, maybe you need a villa?
