as a newbie in PP, i'm looking for something in an area where most other expats are - any advice on the areas and codes being used that i see around the place?
budget $400 a month thereabouts. obviously, the nicer the better and the more i'm willing to pay.
length of stay-at least 3 months possibly a year.
