Come the end of July, I'll need a new place. I'm looking for a flat near the National Museum/Riverside. Like to start at around $200 more or less, which means I am also willing to share a flat.

Just needs to be clean, prefer not on the ground floor and fully screened.

I'm pretty laid back, clean (but not obsessive!), and am out of the house most of the day. Prefer housemates that aren't drama queens, divas, or passive aggressive. Just sayin'!!!
