I'm a SWM in Phnom Penh since January 2008. I'm launching a video production company and need to cut costs, so I'm giving up my lovely serviced apt. in BKK1 at the end of this month.
I''m seeking affordable shared space and would be prepared to barter services such as video archiving for an NGO, editing, training. etc. Or I will pay cash for the right arrangement. Security is my highest priority.
I speak fluent French and Thai, and conversational Khmer.

Here's some more information I probably should have provided.
In addition to a bedroom with a desk or room for one, I need for work, a large closet or a small room where I can keep my equipment, and Internet service.
Somewhere in (or within 5 minutes by car of) BKK1 would be best.
I would like to pay not more than $400 inclusive of utilities.
I'm tidy and clean and easy to get along with, and don't have any noisy friends.
