Tenant needed urgently for beautiful Western apartment $350

I'm leaving my apartment (and Cambodia) on May 8th and I'm urgently trying to find a new tenant.
It's a very attractive, light bright 2 bedroom apartment each with their own bathroom. It's nicely furnished and has a large, very pleasant L shaped living room with a galley kitchen in the small part of the L. It has a small balcony which partly overlooks a neighbouring garden and coconut tree.
The apartment is on the middle floor of a small block of three and is off the road but is very secure. It also DOESN'T suffer from power cuts. It's just off Sothearos, near Build Bright University/Phnom Penh Centre and so is a pretty convenient location. (Java and Talkin to a Stranger are close by).
There is ample parking for motos.
I've been here for nearly 2.5 years and loved it and I'm gutted to leave it.
The rent is $350/month and the deposit is usually 1 month in advance. A number of people have told me that they are paying $700-$800/month for somewhere not so nice)
I am NOT the landlady - but if I can introduce a new tenant it may help me get my deposit back.

What you mentioned about this apartment arevery interested. I am an agent who has on customer looking for apartment but now he is in Battambong province and he will come back in Phnom Penh tomorrow. I want to ask you a few questions:
1. Does the owner give me the commission if I get him to have a look?
2. The terms of deposit and lease duration
3. Give me axact address of this apartment because i want to have a look.

As I said I'm not the landlady, just the tenant so I can't answer these questions. I paid a month's rent as a deposit and initially had a 6 month lease. When that ran out I continued paying monthly.
