We are looking for someone to sublet our room in a great shared house in BKK1. The flat has three enormous double rooms. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a big living room with TV and DVD player, a big balcony, tiled floors throughout, we have wifi internet, a cleaner who comes three times a week and cleans the entire house (she'll even do your laundry and put it away for you), the house is securely gated and has a 24 hour guard. In short, everything you need.

You will be sharing with two great flatmates, friendly and sociable ladies from Iceland and France. They are both very kind and love nothing better than a bottle of wine and a chat with their housemates, but they're social butterflies, always out and about so the house never feels crowded.

We would ask for $300 rent per month for the two months we're away, plus you will cover the electricity and cleaning bills (cleaning is $40 each per month, electricity varies but for example it was $50 per room for last month).

The sublet is because we are going on holiday to New Zealand for two months, but we don't want to lose our room! The dates are roughly September 7th – November 1st, but we can be flexible if you seem like a good fit.
