We would be interested in subletting our apartment while we are away from Dec. 18 or 19 - Jan 10. It is a 1 bedroom apartment on Street 178.
We pay $255/month plus electricity, pro-rated for these 22 or 23 days this would be about $180. We would be willing to sublet it for $150 plus electric for this time. We also have bikes that anyone renting the apartment would be welcome to use, and we have a motorbike that we might be willing to let someone use. Can discuss.

There is hot-water and cable, plus a cleaning lady who comes twice a week and also does laundry as part of the service.
