I will be in Europe from the 24th of June to the 24th of July and will be sub-letting my flat. Its a lovely new flat, plenty of light, great kitchen with all appliances(kettle, oven, fridge, pots and pans, washing machine etc.), two small bedrooms (one is my bedroom which will be used to store my stuff while I'm away), living room with comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, and a small balcony. It has everything you need as I have lived here 3 years so perfect for somebody who is only staying a short time in Phnom Penh but doesn't want to stay in a hotel. I would prefer to sublet to a volunteer or professional.

There is a cleaner that comes 3 times a week as well included in the price.

The price is USD350 for the month including the cleaner. The bills are extra and electricity works out around USD25-50 a month depending on how much you use a/c, we have a meter so we can just work it out based on the normal electricity rate + water at USD5. There is internet and cable TV included in the price as well. The flat is in a nice residential and safe area of Phnom Penh very close to BKK1 and the Russian Market. My office is downstairs so there is always someone around.

I need to mention that there is construction work going on next door (as everywhere in Asia) but its starts at 8am and they finish by 5pm so if you are working full time, it doesn't really make a difference.
