My partner and I are going away for 6 weeks and can sublet our beautiful apartment temporarily while we're away. Not 'cheap', but 'top notch' place in a nice part of town (Boeng Keng Kang 1), in a highly sought-after 'Khao Chuly' apartment block - with high quality construction/furnishings and very secure building with 24hr guard patrol. We pay well for the place ($1200) but considering what else is available in central Phnom Penh right now (and I've been here 7 years, so I know how things have changed and I've lived in $200 apartments etc... yadda-yadda) we've never felt it's not good value since we moved in 6 months ago.

** Also, the apartment is 'serviced' by our excellent, english-speaking, housekeeper. She comes and does 2-3 hrs of thorough cleaning, tidying and laundry 3-5 mornings a week. Smart and very trustworthy lady. This is included in the below price.
