It is furnished with a double bed, table,chairs, wardrobe etc. There are two fans on the walls and a new AC was installed in May. We have a TV and DVD and you can get cable TV if desired. We have wireless internet that we share with three neighbours which is available for $20 per month if you so chose.

The apartment is just a few years old and very fresh and clean. There is a patio in the front of the aparment which is shared with two neigbours and a balcony on the back with a washing mashine. The landlords are a Khmer family living one story down and they are very nice and helpful but speak very little English.

Rent is $450 per month plus utilities but is subject to negotiation.
