I will be moving out of my apartment on the 7th of August, although this is flexible, and need to find someone to replace me. The room is part of a large 4 bedroom, 2 story flat near Tuol Sleng.

The rent is $125 a month plus utilities; although utilities are generally very affordable as well. Currently, there are people in 2 of the other rooms with someone scheduled to move into the 3rd on the 1st of August.

The bathroom is shared with one of the other roommates. There is a cleaning lady that comes a few times a week to help us stay organized and takes care of laundry. There is a washing machine, Khmer stye kitchen with a refrigerator, a large living room, and a very nice balcony to relax on in the evenings. This apartment is very secure with multiple locked gates.

As mentioned, the move in date is flexible. Although I leave Cambodia on the 7th of August I would be willing to move out early should the next renter desire to move in early. Additionally, rent is paid on the 14th every month so if anyone does want to move in on the 7th I will not charge them for that time and they can have their first week free.
