Spacious room in really nice flatshare (penthouse in BKK1)

Sad as it is, since I'm leaving Cambodia I have to give up my super nice room in the Penh's best flatshare!
The apartment is located in a really nice and secure area (Street 288/63). Close to Indepedence Monument, Lucky supermarket and street 278 with cool bars.
You'd share with 2 Australians and 1 Irish. The room is big and furnished. The big bathroom is shared with 1 other flatmate.
The apartment is simply huge and has a TV, washing machine, kitchen, 'library' (books left by previous flatmates) and loads of DVD's (also left by previous flatmates). Its highlight is the amazing balcony (60 m2, good location for parties, having friends over or just relaxing).
The rent is US$ 250. A deposit (bond) of 1 month rent is required.
