My room will be available in September for rent. Sharing with a mid-20's friendly female from Italy who is here for work. She'd prefer another a female. The contract can also be renewed into the New Year.

The apartment is on Street 322 in BKK1, very central and close to shops. It is light and airy with a living area, good kitchen, oven and small balcony. It also has a 24-hour guard. Rent is $300, plus electricity. Water, internet, gas etc included.

The room is fully furnished (bed, dresser, large wardrobe etc) with a great ensuite (no flooding!), aircon, fan etc (pictures to come).

I am flexible as to moving dates, and the room can be available from 6 September, or at the latest, 11 September.
