Small villa,quietest spot in phnom penh

I am about to leave my villa where I have been for over a year.It has two bedrooms with bathrooms,kitchen and small living room.It is at the back of a compound so it is incredibly quiet,one can only hear the cintri truck honking once a week.
It has a large yard with a mango tree,pear tree and lime trees with lots of birds and fish.
I have been paying $400 a month plus ten dollars cable,water and rubbish are free.
Landladies dont know that I am leaving,probably in the next ten days but i doubt that the rent will go up.

Had two people looking but they wernt impressed.
have to say i am not sure what people really want here,too fussy in my opinion.
One couple had been looking for a month but didnt want my place-dooh.
they also didnt like the place overlooking the school just down the road-looked good to me....
people seem to forget that we are in the third world here,my place is a palace by khmer standards

Taken straight away by aussie khmer woman,wants to stay for three of four years and will be spending 5k improving it!
Now thats what i call a good tenant,land ladies very thankful to me.
