I now have just 1 two bedroom apartment still available.
It is on the 5th floor has 2 balconies and is $500 per month.
It is fully furnished and we do have an elevator.
About "Murray's Place".
We opened for business in the Toul Tom Pong area in February 2010.
22 of our 23 apartments are now full.
A few people have already moved out.
Most were on 12 month contracts "but things came up" and they had to move on.
However, all gave the required 1 months notice and all received every cent of their deposit back.
I must thank Anthony and the guys at EAS for their assistance.
IMHO, This seems to be the best forum in Cambodia by far for real estate.
