The house is fully furnished including new flat-screen TV (with cable), 2 fridge/freezers, gas oven/hot plates and washing machine. There are two kitchen areas, one large lounge room and two balconies, including a huge covered rooftop balcony perfect for evening drinks. There is a spare room kept free for visitors.

The house is safe and secure, with a high wall surrounding the property, bars on all the windows, 24-hour security, and space to park bikes/motos.

Your room is on the top floor. It has a bed and bed-side tables, and air-conditioning. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

Rent is $220/month (excluding bills). Other bills are split as they arrive and are approx $40/month ($10 for wireless internet (available in all rooms); $10 for cleaning; $20 for electricity)
