The room is quite big and the house has a very large balcony, small living room and small kitchen. Rent is $133 per month. The area is very safe (surrounded by houses of embassy officials), very quiet yet close to the Si Lap market, Lucky super market and all the nice shops at the other end of street 240. It already has furniture, washing machine, fridge, gas burner etc. Power, cable TV ($5 per month) and maid ($20 per month) are split between house mates.
