Room in a 3br house available immediately, it's $550 but only 2 of the bedrooms would be occupied so the 3rd can be used as a home office/guest room.

Every room has a modern ensuite, there is a washing machine and it is furnished. The house is part of a larger villa that has been divided into 2 separate apartments, this is the upstairs unit which has a huge private and furnished balcony. There is also a large shared outdoor space with an actual garden and 24 hour guard.

You would share with a laid back mid 20's american guy and a small dog.

Located in Tonle Bassac just off Norodom, near ISPP.
