There is one room for rent in a four bedroom apartment in Central Phnom Penh, just South of Central Market. The apartment is very spacious, it used to be two apartments and has recently been renovated into one.

The apartment comes:
- Fully furnished (bedding, plates, furniture, iron etc)

- High ceilings
- Double size balcony
- Washing machine/ fridge
- Flat screen TV with cable (included)

The room: rent is $165, Available starting May 15
- Shared bathroom with female flatmate
- King sized bed
- AC and Fan
- Desk
- Two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers

Deposit is 2 months rent. Utilities (electricity and water) are extra. Cleaning lady is $10 per person/ per month.
