We are looking for a new housemate to join our home from January 28. The apartment is on the corner of 300 and 95 in BKK2. It has easy access to everything you could possibly need. You will be sharing the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment with three women.

Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and its own washing machine as well as two friendly indoor/outdoor cats.
Further details:
- the room is big and furnished with its own bathroom and air conditioning
- rent is $210/month + utilities. Electricity is usually $25/month and $2.50 for water
- we all share the cost for a cleaner who comes 3 days a week for $27/month per person

We are all in our mid-20s and quite sociable, and are long-term residents of Phnom Penh. So, we're looking for someone similar who can commit to a longer stay and who likes to be similarly sociable and not just fill the space.
