I'm renting my room (double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, lamp AIRCON, WIFI) and private bathroom (hot water, washing machine) from mid December to mid January 2013. Im flexible in moving in/out dates.

The room is in a 2bedrooms 2 bathrooms flat, with very spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen and balcony.

You'll share with a very friendly Dutch girl.

The flat is in a very safe location we've guard 24hrs.

Rent: $300/month with hot water and WIFI included.

It is ideal for someone who is in the mean time looking for long-term accommodation.
