Anybody looking for a room?

Rooms for rent in A beautiful house we just rented, see pictures, price negotiable on how much space you want, how long you'll stay, room with or without airco, and so on...
We're looking for the right people for the right place, it's beautiful.... see pictures.
We are opening up parts of the house for Meditation (freely or by donation) and if possible yoga and or others, and maybe turn part of the garden and the front into a cafe at some point so if you're into any of the above, please do come and see
On the bicycle it takes about ten minutes to get to the riverside or into the city, we're close to Phnom Penh Royal University
There are some more rooms than seen in the pictures and a washing machine, but you get the general idea...
