We have 3 buildings where we are renting apartments, all of them are fully furnished, with ACs, 24 hour security, reception, parking space and generators.

Building I is located on street 111, in-between O Russey Market and Olympic Stadium, very close to German Embassy. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony - for the price is 650usd per months plus electricity bill at the end of your stay, calculated according to your usage (0,28$/kwh) and the water is for free.
There are additional services: cable TV - 5 usd, garbage collection 5 usd, cleaning -twice a week - 20 usd, internet - 30usd and laundry (twice a week) 30 usd. I attach the photo - MN-Vtrust 111.

Building II is just one street behind building I, we also have 2bedroom apartment and one bedroom there, with living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom for one room and 2 bathrooms for two bedrooms - the standard is slightly higher than previous. The price is for 900$ per month. We offer you free water and internet, and the power - 0,28$/kwh. One bedroom with living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom, the standard price is 580$ per month. There are optional services: cable TV - 5 usd, garbage collection 5 usd, cleaning (twice a week) 20 usd and laundry (twice a week) 30 usd. Photo attached - Vtrust113.

Another option is Building III, however this one is located on Tonle Sap
Street- directly next to the river but around 15 minutes from city center , there is a beautiful 2bedroom apartment with 2balconies overlooking river, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The price is 800$ or 750$ for similar apartment without balconies. Here we offer you free cable TV, garbage collection, cleaning and internet. The electricity is 0,28$/kwh and water 0.40$ per cubic meter. There are optional laundry service for 30$ (twice a week). I attach photo MN Vtrust Riverside.
