*Nice apartment. Quiet street, well lit, with security and gated so your moto or bicycle is safe.

*Two roomates. One guy from USA, and one girl from U.K. Both in their mid twenties.

*Nice kitchen.

*Bed comes with bedding.

*Super fast wifi. You can watch youtube videos without having to pause them to load.

Base rent is $210. Utilities (internet, electric, water, drinking water, trash service, and cable) comes to about $50. I have been here for 9 months and always pay around $260 for everything.
