We have a fantastic room opening up in our apartment as of today! The apartment is on the corner of 300 + 95 in BKK2 with easy access to markets, shopping, bars, etc. The apartment is quite large with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and an incredible balcony. We have a very well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We have two very friendly indoor/outdoor cats. We don’t have wifi since it was more convenient for us to get individual 3G modems, but the modems are cheap and reliable.

Here are the details on the room:
- a big, furnished room with en suite bathroom and air conditioning
- rent is $210/month + utilities: we usually pay about $25/month for electricity, $5/month for water
- we all share the cost for a cleaner who comes 3 days a week for $27/month per person

Your roommates would be three girls, all in our mid-20s who are working at NGOs/newspapers in Phnom Penh. We all plan to stay at least until May of next year, so we prefer people who could commit to a longer stay. We are looking for somebody who we would get along with very well – not just somebody who fills the space, pays the rent and occasionally discusses the weather.
