Room available in BKK3 for June and July 2009 Only

The flat is the first floor of a nice villa near Toul Sleng, street 360.
The room is furnished and has 2 windows with view so you get a lot of sunlight at day time and cool temperature during night. There is an en-suite bathroom and fan.
We have a nice terrace with lots of plants and trees around and a large living room.
We charge 180$ including elecricity, cleaning lady 3x/week, water, TV cable and gas. (130 for the rent, water and TV cable; 20 for electricity; 30 for the cleaning)

The owner lives in the groundfloor and has a good guard dog so no worries for the security .
There is space to park a moto and a bicycle.

We are a couple french and french/khmer working in NGO.
