The flat comes fully furnished and cable and water is included. The room has AC and a fan and as it is on the top floor gets a decent breeze from outside. Rent is $250 per month and electricity is usually around $20-25 per month.

The flat is on a quiet street right around the corner from all the amenities Street 240 has to offer such as The Shop and Rubies and is very close to the Riverside and BKK1.

There is one other person living in the flat at the moment - a lovely girl who will be in Phnom Penh until the end of September. The lease is easily extended on a rolling monthly basis.
