It is ideal for someone who is looking for long-term accommodation. It is possible to have 6 months/one year contract with the Agency I am renting from. Other contract lengths may be negotiable.

The room is in a 2bedrooms 2 bathrooms flat, with very spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen and balcony.

The flat is in a very safe location we've guard 24hrs.

Rent: $300/month with hot water and WIFI included.
