we (two german long term volunteern working with ngos, male 19 and female, 28) are looking for a friendly flatmate to share our apartment. It is on the 2nd flloor of a typical khmer house near the russian market. The apartment has a beautifully furnished living room (black leather couch set, khmer stylen wooden dinner table and chairs, tv, fridge etc.) a nice kitchen with a stove and a washing maschine and 3 very nice furnished rooms (AC). The room would be 130 dollar for the rent and around 30 to 40 dollar for the bills (electricity and water), so around 160 -70 dollar. Oh, and there is a nice balkony with green plants and some ratan furniture and not to forget the very friendly english-speaking khmei landlord lady.
