Hi guys, a room will be available in my flat from the 1st of August, street 390, (corner with street 105) near Toul Sleng and Russian Market.

Rent is $210/ month
Utilities: around $40/month to split in 2 (less if you do not use AC a lot).
Internet is currently $12.5 per month (but I have to renew the contract in September and if we pay in advance for a few months the price will lower.
Cleaning: $40/$50 per month to split in 2.
Let's say that overall final price is around $260/ $270 per month.

The room is comfy: there is a big bed, a small desk, a wardrobe, window, AC and en suite bathroom.

The apartment: 2 bedrooms, full furnished (washing machine, oven, fans, small balcony, a/c, big living room, well-equipped kitchen)...the landlady is a very nice and helpful khmer... Parking for one bike or moto.

What else? To share with an Italian girl, 29 years old, easy going, do not cook pizza, only tasteful risottos (that would be me). I am a very friendly and sociable person but also independent, so if you are looking for a new bff maybe this is not the right place for you!
