My current roommate moves out on Sep 12 and the room is available then.

There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in the apartment. Furthermore there is a front balcony, a back balcony and the rooftop also belongs to this place.
The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen has a fridge and a gas cooker. There is hot water in the bathroom. There are air-consin the bedrooms and couches with a fan in the living room. Plus, a DVD player and Wi-Fi router is present as well.

The rent for the room is $225. TV and water are included. Electricity and internet are extra.

In our street you can find a supermarket, cheap food and laundry places. Riverside is a 2 min walk. In case you have a motorbike you can easily pay little money ($7-8) to a neighbor who will store it for you every night, just like I do. Diagnolly opposite is the Angkor International Hotel so there are always a lot of Motos and Tuk Tuks.
