Room available in charming western apartment

We are on the second floor at a western styled apartment with two bedrooms near the Russian Market. The apartment is fully furnished, and has a small balcony.
There is Fast WIFI at no extra cost, and the apartment allows good aeration and lighting.
The dining area has a dining table set, fridge, and the kitchen is furnished with crockery. There's a washing machine.
The living room has a coffee set, book shelve, giant flat screen TV with English channels.
The bedroom is large and air conditioned, and has a queen size bed and big mattress complete with beddings, iron box, wardrobe, A/C and fan.
A cleaner comes every week. The location is safe and close to the Russian market, with some nice Khmer and western restaurants around.
Cost is $215 including amenities.

My boyfriend and I (both from the US) are heading to Phnom Penh in a couple of days (November 10th) and will be there until the end of December to work with a local NGO doing some design work.
