The flat is new, clean, in a safe environment and comes with very nice landlords who'll feed you regularly with fruits from their own plantation
Share with a girl (32) and a cat ( 4 months).

Costs are as follows:

Rent (incl. cable Tv & garbage): $120
Water: around $2-$3
Electricity: $10-$18 (depends on how much you use the aircon )
Cleaner (two times a week): $8

The lease ends on the seventh of August, but it's possible to get a new one.
