!!!The room is not available any more!!!

We're 5 guys aged 20-26 volunteering/working in PP and sharing one floor in a nice house in 470th street between 155th and 135th street, about 5 minutes walk south from the Russian Market (Psah Toul Tompong) in a nice (and safe) part of town.
Two of us will leave soon, so we're looking for new house mates (m/f).

Some quick facts first:

  • rooms are fully furnished
  • shared floor kitchen
  • the utilities fee is $12.50 per month including high-speed internet (1 MBit/s after 5pm with no volume limit) and room cleaning. Electricity is charged separately for the rooms (20 cents per KWh)

The large room is about 22 m² and has an aircon and a balcony:

The small room has about 11 m², comes with a fan and is located between the hallway and another room:

There are several options are available for renting:

  • rent only the small room for $80 + utilities
  • rent only the large room for $130 + utilities
  • rent the both rooms together as a studio for $210 + utilities

The studio will be available from February 24th, one of the single rooms from February 17th. It might be possible to arrange a temporary accommodation in one of the rooms from now until mid of February if necessary.

!!!The room is not available any more!!!

Hi just wondering what the latest date is that this one might be available? A friend and I are both looking for a room (approx 12 month assignments in PP) but wont be arriving until April.

As the rooms would be empty in the meantime and the rest of us would have to cover the extra rent, we're looking to rent themas soon as possible after they become vacant. It is therefore rather unlikely (and undesirable) that they will still be available in April.

Hi guys,

I'm a 24 year old Australian girl moving to PP to work for 6 months. I'm really interested in your place. I get in to PP on Monday 25 Jan, and would be keen to move asap, but can also just stay in a hostel until the place becomes available on 15 Feb. Is the room still available and can I come around and check it out next week?

Cheers,

Annelise

Hi there,

I have a lease that expires in mid-February and am looking for a room until the end of March. I'm a 29yo American grad student: neat, courteous, love good food and conversation. If any of that would work for you, please let me know; I'd love to see the apartment.

Thanks,

Andrea

Hi Jan,

I'm a 27 yr old from the US, working at a local grassroots ngo on land rights issues. I'm interested in either option (studio or large room), and would be happy to come by and look at the place today or tomorrow (Saturday or Sunday).

Thanks in advance!

Sara
