In a three bedroom house right next to the Russian Market, there is one room for rent 
The house is quiet. It has cable television, a well equipped kitchen with an oven, washing machine, and a balcony with fan, plants, and a spacious living room.
The room is air conditioned, has a king size bed, desk, wardrobe, and ensuit (...cold water only im afraid). But well set up for any new comers.
Room mates are lovely, one young German fella teaching English, and another young lady from the UK who works for the Cambodian Daily.
The room is $150 per/month.
