RE: Room to rent from April

I know this is way in advance for Phnom Penh, however from early April I have a room in my house that is available to rent. My housemate is moving out at the beginning of that month, and I will be away for most of April so I am keen to get things sorted before I leave.
The house is on St.63, the cross street is 334. We have a great roof terrace, large kitchen, living room etc. The room to rent is upstairs and is light and airy.
The rent is $200 a month + about $20 for the maid and $25 for bill

I will be in Phnom Penh from 30 March afternoon (after 2pm) to do my internship with UNARKT/ECCC for 2 months and half (from 1 April to 14 June 2010). I hope that your place is still available then. If yes, could you please let me know, so we will schedule for a meet/visit on 30 March then?
