Hi all, I am leaving Phnon Penh at the end of April and I am helping my landlord find a new tenant for the 2 bed apt that I have been living in for the past year. It is on the junction on 63 and Mao Tse Tsung. It has a living room, a kitchen with a full oven, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony.

The rent is cheap at $260 per month with the electricity being the only extra utility.
