One room in a 2-bedroom apartment, with one woman living there for June, July and half of August. One bedroom is available immediately, and the entire apartment is free in mid-August. The apartment is fully furnished, has a washer, 2-burner stove, fridge, one bathroom and A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. It’s lovely and bright, has wooden floors, a TV and plenty of fans. The bathroom has a shower and bath with hot water. Located in the Psaa Russei area, on street 107.
Rent is $150 per month per room (whole apartment is $300 per month)
Both bedrooms are pretty big, and the living room is quite large. It has a big outdoor patio and a smaller patio for drying clothes. It’s located in a great part of town, in a safe neighborhood, with many restaurants, a supermarket etc. all within walking distance. It’s quite secure. The landlady is extremely kind, also, and lives downstairs. Loved by its previous occupants!

Hello, I am very interested in possibly visiting the apartment and seeing pictures. i am currently staying in a hostel in Phnom Penh and need to find a place quickly. Also, what do the utilities usually go for? Thanks.

Hi Robbie,
Can email me so I have your email address and can send the photos? Could you also write a little about yourself--age, where your from, what you're doing in Phnom Penh and how long you'd want to rent for?
My email is aewarren [at] gmail [dot] com
Thanks!
