Nice room for rent near Russian Market

Hi all
There's a room up for grabs in a really nice apartment near the Russian Market. It's a 3 bedroom spacious apartment, with all furniture and utilities. There are 4 bathrooms, one in each room. It's really nice.
The rent is around 170$ plus bills and a cleaner (around 50$), so around 220 in total a month.
The current people living there is an Icelandic guy(31) and a French girl(25). we are both young professionals that are easy going and the atmosphere is nice....

Is this room still available? I arrived in PP from UK yesterday and am keen to find somewhere near the Russian Market.
