Our NGO is setting up a small office in country for our team of software developers and we need an apartment, villa, house that has work space and housing together (or could be separate if need be):

Minimum:
1 large office space (for 6-10 people) + 1 meeting room (minimum)
3-4 bedrooms
internet connectivity and reliable power
Preferably BKK but open to other neighborhoods
