I am leaving Cambodia for four months at the end of April. I need to sublet my apartment for four months: May, June, July and August. I rent the apartment—located at the corner of streets 63 and 352—for $355/month, but would be willing to sublet it for slightly less.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor: it has one bedroom, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony. It is fully furnished, has AC, hot water, fridge, stovetop. The apartment has lots of natural light, good breeze and is very clean.

I also have a maid who would likely be willing to clean for you over the summer if you are interested in her services. The landlord owns a Khmer restaurant on the ground floor and is very friendly. If you have a motorcycle or bicycle, you can park it in front of the restaurant during the day and lock it inside overnight.
