Yeah, I'd make it just a little more detailed / easy for them to complete. Agents should include as much of the following as they can. If they don't supply enough info a mod may delete their post as "not useful".

Re pictures and address, I realise that many agents may not want to post those details due to competition or people simply turning up to the property and negotiating directly with the landlord. If that's the case I would prefer that they included the street name and sangkat, eg "St 21, Sangkat Tonle Bassac" so that people will know what part of town it's in and whether they'd be interested in considering the property.

I agree. I don't intend to make it too difficult for the agents, however if they want to drum up some business then I would like that the end user (potential tenant) should have as much info as possible. Too many agents post here with I have a house, 3 bedroom nice location etc..., when in fact they dont have that particular one any more, but i have this one...and it is NOT what the end user is looking for. the sooner that the agents realise this forums is also here to help them make $$$ then if they get it right its win win for all

So, are we set on that requirement for agents then?

I think the agents should also post a full list of all flora and fauna found on the property as well as details of all neighbours, a dog;human ratio and they should also be able to sing If tomorrow never comes by ronan.

Lets not make it too difficult.
