Hi everybody! We live in Russian Market, in a typical 3 stories house. We have 6 rooms, 6 flatmates and 2 guys are leaving in middle January. Then, we will be:
Abi - French girl
Claire - French girl
Pea - French guy
Alberto, me - Spanish guy
We are trying to look for not french person if its possible (not my decision 
). And MUST be sociable, we are many people living in the same house and its better to have good communication. We use to hang out together and travel.
The rooms are really cheap, 80 $ each plus bills (electricity,water,internet), around 20$ more I guess. The location is really quiet, next to Russian Market but quiet, social cambodian neighborhood, really nice people.
PS: we also have a beautiful rooftop that we will put a little swimming-pool soon

My Name's Chris Rogy. I'm American, though I adore the French (and Spanish). I'll be moving back to Phnom Penh for the 3rd time on Feb 6 and I wonder if you still have a room available. I actually will be doing research with a Fulbright scholarship and therefore will spend a majority of my time in Kompong Chhnang. However, I need an apartment to come back to because my partnering NGO is in PnP. This place sounds perfect for me.

firstly I'm not French 
and my French language extends to the high school basics I'm afraid, as does my Spanish. I'm from Liverpool UK and have lived in Cambodia before. My friends would definitely describe me as social. I'm currently working in KL but due back to PP on 1st March and looking for a place if you have rooms available then? I was wondering how many bathrooms for 6 people..? also do you have parking as I have a moto. Let me know if you have any availability please.
