Looking for some sharing accommodation in Phnom Penh

Hello everybody.
First of all I am very glad having become a new member of this forum.
It seems to me very useful since I know that I will stay in Phnom Penh from mid of September until end of January. The motive of my stay is an internship as last part of my master degree at my German university.
I am a flexible and affable person who had already stayed few times overseas. I like especially sports, travelling, cultural activities and so on.
At the moment I have not found any permanent accommodation in Phnom Penh. Best would be to share an appartment with somebody, but I can imagine that none of you have anything available in the short run, right?
However, I will arrive during the next days, so that I still have time to look around. If you have any suggestion for me, I will make the search much easier.

It sounds good but I won't arrive before 12th Sept.
In case Itay is willing to take it, we find hopefully some other similiar place. I have planed not to spent more than 300 USD but depending on its facilities, etc.

There is a room available in the apartment I share. It's $225 all inclusive [internet, electricity, cleaning lady, water, drinking water, and gas]. The room has it's own bathroom and the apartment has a sofa and flat screen. Located bw Bkk1 and Russian mkt. Nice location and good sunsets.

We have a beautiful 05 bedroom western design house in Boeng Trebek
At present we have 02(single bed) rooms (usd 250 each) for rent, and we will have another bigger(queen size) room(350) for rent, from end of October. Each room has it own hot-water bathroom, television and air conditioner.
The rent is inclusive of laundry, cleaning, wifi, cable, water and electricity.
We plan to keep one of the bedrooms free for visitors, and to keep the occupancy low.
Its a beautiful big house with a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, oven, microwave, etc and lots of parking space.
there is a huge open attic and a very nice balcony on the 2nd floor
