Interning in Phnom Penh for 2 months and looking for a place to live. Working near Street 240/Norodom Blvd so something within walking distance of that would be ideal.
About me: I'm a university student, neat, respectful, friendly, an enthusiastic traveler and all-around, people have told me, very easy to live with.

My buddy has a new guest house where he rents the rooms out by the month. $200 to $250 dollars a month. No lease required.
