Just got a job in Tuol Kork - which means I’m looking for a home in or near Tuol Kork.

A flat, apartment or part of a villa would be fine.

I’m single & housetrained; don’t drink or smoke (but don't mind those who do).

Rents are falling: & I don’t do the ridiculously high rent thing. But I’m prepared to pay a fair price for a good place.

I’m presently paying $250 for a reasonable flat (near Riverside). I may pay up to $350 for something classier.

I don’t want something on a main road. Construction nearby would definitely rule it out. (I’ve been shown a couple like this, and didn’t even get off the moto.)
