Hello,
I am looking for a flatmate with whom to share a two-bedroom flat, with kitchen, living-room, bathroom and small balcony. The flat is fully equipped, including the room for rent.
Rent would be 140$/month. This includes the salary for the cleaning lady, who also washes and irons the clothes. Costs for cable TV, water and electricity to share.
Location: St. 278, near Monivong Boulevard, at the other side of Lucky Supermarket. 2nd floor.
