We are an Asian American couple from San Francisco looking for an expat to share the flat we are renting in Tonle Bassacs, Chamkarmon, PP. This area is very safe, close to all NGOs and most importantly hardly ever had power cut. Your room has a toilet inside and Aircon. Kitchen and livingroon are common areas. The room is currently unfurnished and we will furnish with basic stuff if the right flatmate comes along. The ideal person we are looking for should be very clean and non-smoking.
